  • Custom Illustration & Design service turnaround is highly dependent on current workload & project queue, but most projects have a starting turnaround estimate of two weeks from initial starting agreement.

    Rush orders may be available depending on project type.

    For immediately available work, request a current catalogue of available licensable works via the contact form.

  • I love collaborating with other creative professionals for large projects!

    That being said, I do require a designated primary contact for efficiency & accountability.

  • While I’m able to provide some web design services, I don’t currently offer back-end support or comprehensive development. 

    Long form video production & product photography are mediums I prefer to source out, though I do enjoy making small animations & gifs for social media posts, digital albums, & social media toolkits.

    3D Rendering: I can do limited 3D rendering for CPG’s, but please reach out directly for specifics. 

    AI Generated Content: I do not work with AI generated imagery. If you’re interested in doing an AI detox for your brand, reach out via the contact form or choose from a starting rebrand package.

    That being said, I love expanding into new territory and aim to learn something new with every project, so if you have a project in mind that isn’t listed already, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I enjoy working with other creative professionals, coordinators, printers, & manufacturers. I’m honored to be a part of a larger creative community, and may have recommendations on outsourcing specific processes as needed on a case by case basis.

  • Design work starts with a free 15 minute consult and a project intake form, which leads to a discovery process, project blueprint, & scope outline.

    Illustration requests are generally more straightforward, and can be as specific or nonspecific as you like as long as we determine format, sizing, limitations, & turnaround expectations.

    I typically aim to respond within 24 business hours, but please allow up to 48 hours for initial response.

  • These are artworks that are immediately available & ready to be adapted to your project. There are multiple tiers depending on your project needs. All ownership tier agreements prohibit editing or feeding through AI or LLMs.

Shipping & Policies

  • I currently ship to the contiguous United States. Please allow 1-3 days for processing and tracking. Most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive once shipped.

  • Physical Products: Cancellation available until the product is shipped. 

    Returns are accepted if received unopened & undamaged. 

    I am not responsible for any errors in shipping address after shipping or locating packages once they’re been marked as delivered. If you’ve made an error please reach out directly to howdy@birdfeeder.studio as soon as possible and I will do my best to help!

    Digital Products: No returns or refunds.

    Services: Once the work agreement has been confirmed, deposits become non refundable. All deposits are applied to your final balance.

  • Rush Order availability dependent on current workload & project type.

  • I do not use A.I. or LLM’s for any Illustration or design work.

    Feeding my work into LLM’s  and AI models is prohibited, and A.I. generated feedback will not be accepted.

    If you already have A.I. created assets that need to be reworked, no worries at all! I’m happy to offer A.I. Detox services through a variety of rebrand packages.

  • Honesty, Mutual Respect, & Accountability are absolutely crucial for collaboration.

    I vow to always stay kind & professional, and will not tolerate any blatant disrespect or abuse.

  • If we have an ongoing project together and I can’t get in touch with you, I may need to temporarily pull or postpone the project. 

    I understand that life happens. Once you get back in touch & depending on circumstances, we can likely get you rescheduled and back in queue pending a re-start agreement.
